Feathers - Rice Decoupage Paper - Dixie Belle - 3 Sheets

These beautiful and vibrant rice papers are developed and designed by Dixie Belle Paint Company!  We were part of a Beta group with Dixie Belle that tested these papers and I can safely say they are amazing. Rice paper is a plant-based product that is softer and thinner than traditional decoupage paper, but very strong!  It is durable, strong and resistant to disintegration even though it is very thin.  
 
We recommend using Dixie Belle Satin Top Coat to apply your rice papers, but you can use your favorite decoupage adhesive!
