Water-based paint suitable to apply on surfaces difficult to paint, provides a strong bond between the surface and the coating layer.
Tested surfaces: laminated furniture, wood, glass, glazed ceramic, tile, plastic, enamel, aluminum, copper, spelter, steel, iron, corroded metal. Easy to apply and spreads evenly.
Can be sanded after it is dried. Any Pentart paint can be applied over the surface covered by the bonding primer.
The bonding enhancing characteristic of the primer has been verified by an independent accredited laboratory.

These products work very well with Decoupage Queen rice paper, from paints, glues, crackles, and metallic effects, you will not be disappointed.

Finally here! Everything arrived well packaged. Items were shipped out immediately. Unfortunately, USPS delivery was used. All of GA and my city, they're the worse. Although they're cheaper, I wish sellers would stop using them and use UPS or Fedx instead because their service is so horrific service. I'm not holding USPS actions against this seller and will order again. I'd just rather pay more in shipping with another carrier.
