My policies state I don‘t do cancellations/refunds, but on the off chance I do agree to cancel/refund an order, there is a 15% restocking fee to be deducted from your refund. I appreciate your understanding.

Very fast shipping! My all time favorite primer.
Great product always use. Arrived quickly.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Etsy seller, the worst I’ve encountered on the platform. I ordered items costing $44, but they were never delivered. The seller claimed the package was lost, yet the post office had no record of it being shipped. Instead of offering a replacement or refund, the seller provided excuses, complaining about frequent USPS issues and how this affects her business. This was irrelevant to me as a customer who paid for a product I never received.
When I asked for a replacement, she stated that if it got lost again, she wouldn’t refund or replace it, leaving me with no resolution. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make me question the seller’s reliability. I strongly advise caution when considering purchases from this shop.
Great product and use it often . Ty
Excellent product; fast shipping and will buy again.
Trying this Bonding Primer for the 1st time and I’m very pleased. It works great! Fast shipping and the product was packaged very well.
Haven’t used this yet but it will be perfect to make my surfaces painter friendly. Will supply picture and details to complete review after I use it. Comes with great recommendations from my favorite Etsy artists. Sometimes you don’t want a spray primer and will be anxious to see how this compares. Thank you.
Just as described, perfect transaction.
Perfect! Everything was just as expected
