Water-based, extra-covering, self-leveling paint that can be used to reach a thicker layer by dipping or pouring the objects. After drying (6-8 hours) the surface will be completely smooth and free of brushstrokes, perfect to use as the base to imitate chrome plated effect using Pentart Rub-on pigments.
