Water-based varnish and glue in one for the decoupage technique with glitter for a sparkling effect. Spreads easily and evenly. Apply the varnish and glue underneath and on top of your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. On top, apply from the center to the sides, removing air bubbles.
