Water-based, thick gels that dries either transparent or opal matte. Perfect to create structures, use for raised stencils or to use as a glue for mixed-media projects, adhering metallic embellishments. Bonds to any surfaces strongly, can be colored with the Transparent Pigments. Gets flexible when dried. Mix with
Pigment Powders or Mineral Powders for many special effects.

These products work very well with Decoupage Queen rice paper, from paints, glues, crackles, and metallic effects, you will not be disappointed.
