Decoupage creators dream! Water-based glue and varnish in one for decoupage technique that dries matte. Spreads easily and evenly. Apply the varnish and glue on the top from your rice paper or napkin. Soak regular paper before gluing it. On the top, apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles.

These products work very well with Decoupage Queen rice paper, from paints, glues, crackles, and metallic effects, you will not be disappointed.
