Water-based, highly-pigmented, well covering acrylic paint with matte, glossy or metallic finish. Can be diluted with water. After drying it becomes waterproof.
What‘s the difference between Pentart Delicate and Glamour Acrylics? The Pentart Delicate Acrylisc are more pearlescent metallics whereas the Pentart Glamour Acrylic line has a higher mica content so it gives off more sparkle. I offer both in my Shop.
